Becoming a Club Leader
On school campuses (public, private and charter), recreation centers, and churches all over the U.S., great men and women are stepping up to respond to the youth crisis, saying "I WILL LEAD!"
What does it take? Our Muskegon leaders undergo screening, training and mentoring, after making an informed commitment to lead. We follow up with leadership development and commissioning, to fully equip our Men and Ladies of Honor leaders to be champions in the lives of the young men and women they will impact.
Our leaders are teachers, coaches, school staff, church volunteers, parents, police officers, ministers, grandparents - people from all walks of life, with or without children, but with a shared desire to be a part of turning the tide for a generation desperately in need of mentoring and positive examples.
"Being a leader has changed me," said a Mesquite, Texas leader. "I have learned and grown so much. It's exciting to be a part of something these kids look forward to all week--something that will change their lives."
Club leaders have a chance to positively impact and mentor young people to be strong, productive members of society. If you believe that you can be a mentor, please fill out the form below. One of our team members will get back with you shortly to arrange an initial meeting. After the required screening, you will have a chance to train with an existing club leader before moving forward.
We are excited to add new team members!
